General conditions of sale - Kwr

Article 1 - Introduction

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern all KWR watch sales made via our website www.kwrwatch.com by:

by ordering on our site, you accept fully and without reservation these CGV.
These conditions can be modified at any time. The applicable version is that in force on the day of the order.

Article 2 - Command

2.1. Capacity

The products are intended only for adults with full legal capacity.

2.2. Procedure

The command is carried out via our site, following the steps:

  • Selection of products

  • Validation of the basket

  • Acceptance of GTC

  • secure payment

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of suspicion of fraud or anterior dispute.

Article 3 - Price

The prices displayed are excluding taxes (HT).
The products are shipped from Dubai. Customs, VAT or other local taxes can be required when the package arrives. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 4 - Delivery

4.1. Terms

  • shipping costs offered for all orders.

  • Packages are shipped within 5 to 10 working days after confirmation of payment.

  • Delivery against signature with insurance included.

4.2. Customs

The customer is responsible for verifying the customs legislation of his country. KWR cannot be held responsible for costs or delays related to customs clearance.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal & amp; Returns

5.1. Right of withdrawal (EU only)

In accordance with European legislation, consumers residing in the European Union normally benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of their order.

As a company established in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Kwr is not legally required to apply this right. However, for the sake of transparency and confidence with our European customers , we accept voluntarily the feedback in this time, under the conditions described in article 5.2.

5.2. Return conditions

The product must be returned:

  • not worn, in perfect condition

  • In the complete original box, including:

    • The second bracelet

    • The numbering card

    • Any accessory or documentation

returns not respecting these conditions will not be accepted.

5.3. Return costs

  • The return costs are initially borne by the customer, but will be reimbursed by KWR on presentation of proof (carrier invoice).

  • Without proof, no refund of return costs will be made.

Article 6 - Guarantee

Each watch is covered by an international 2 -year warranty from the date of purchase, against any manufacturing defect.

exclusions:

  • Normal wear

  • Accidental damage

  • Abusive or incorrect use

  • Unauthorized modification

Article 7 - Property & amp; Risks

Products remain the property of KWR until full payment. The risks (loss, flight, degradation) are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

Article 8 - Responsibility

kwr cannot be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from the use of the product (loss of opportunity, image damage, etc.).

Article 9 - Force majeure

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, war, strike, etc.), KWR reserves the right to suspend or cancel delivery without being responsible.

article 10 - Applicable law & amp; Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought in priority. Failing that, The competent jurisdiction will be that of the courts of Dubai.
However, for consumers located in the EU, the imperative legal provisions of their country will apply if necessary.
