In case of after -sales service, which covers transport costs?

kWr covers the return transport costs.
The process is simple:

Although the laws of the United Arab Emirates (where KWR is based) do not require us to grant a right of withdrawal, we have chosen to voluntarily apply a 7-day return period after receipt of your order.
If you change your mind, you can return your watch to us, provided it is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging (card, box, protective covers, etc.).

Currently, the XCT-1 is a very limited edition watch (100 numbered pieces), which does not allow for exchanges for another model from the same series.
As soon as new collections become available, an exchange for another KWR model may be considered, provided the request is made within the 7-day cooling-off period, and the watch is:

- Returned in its original packaging

Is the watch really made internally?

At KWR, we believe in total transparency regarding the origin of our components and our manufacturing process. The watch is not entirely manufactured in-house, but each step is rigorously controlled, following a philosophy we fully embrace: Made in World. Here's the breakdown:

- The movement is a semi-skeletonized Sellita SW200-1, made in Switzerland. We personalize it (engraving, blued screws, black coating).

- The case and certain parts are machined in China, in workshops specializing in high-end watchmaking, selected for their quality.

- Final assembly is carried out by hand in our workshop in Dubai, where each watch is meticulously inspected before shipping.

Some brands assemble in France or Switzerland using Asian components and display "Made in France." We prefer to tell it like it is. KWR represents international expertise, assembled in Dubai, driven by an independent vision.
