All KWR watches benefit from an 2 -year -old international warranty , from the delivery date.
It covers manufacturing defects and mechanical problems outside the improper use.
The KWR warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of receipt of the watch. It covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Problems related to the mechanical movement
- Original assembly or adjustment defects
Not covered:
- Damage resulting from shock, fall, or impact
- Exposure to water beyond the indicated limits (watch not intended for diving or water sports)
- Natural wear and tear (strap, scratches on the case or crystal)
- Any modification, repair, or opening of the watch by a third party not authorized by KWR
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use
For all service requests, a technical inspection will be performed upon receipt of the watch. If the problem falls within the scope of the warranty, the repair is free of charge. Otherwise, a quote may be provided.

In all cases, we advise you to favor a professional who is used to high -end mechanical watches.
during the warranty period :
kWr covers the return transport costs.
The process is simple:

The customer contacts us via info@kwrwatch.com or via the contact form.

We send him a prepaid transport voucher (generated via DHL, FEDEX or other pro transporter).

Once the repair has been made, we return the watch at our expense.
excluding warranty :
The transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for sending and for the return.
We tell him the sending address and the terms according to the country.
