Can I turn my watch if I change my mind?

Although the laws of the United Arab Emirates (where KWR is based) do not require us to grant a right of withdrawal, we have chosen to voluntarily apply a 7-day return period after receipt of your order.
If you change your mind, you can return your watch to us, provided it is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging (card, box, protective covers, etc.).

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Once the watch is received and inspected, we will process a refund excluding the initial shipping costs.

How to make a return?

Just send a request to info@kwrwatch.com or via our contact form with your order number.
We will send you the detailed instructions as well as a return address.
⚠️ The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Can I exchange my watch for another model?

Currently, the XCT-1 is a very limited edition watch (100 numbered pieces), which does not allow for exchanges for another model from the same series.
As soon as new collections become available, an exchange for another KWR model may be considered, provided the request is made within the 7-day cooling-off period, and the watch is:

- Unworn

- In perfect condition

- Returned in its original packaging

⚠️ Numbers are randomly assigned upon shipment, and it is not possible to request an exchange for a specific number (e.g., changing from #25/100 to #55/100).

When will I be reimbursed after a return?

The refund is made under 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned watch.
The refund is made via the same means of payment as that used during the purchase.
